This agreement is a legal contract between you and Android VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security and prevent the App from working correctly.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by unpaid mobile service, carrier outages, data limits, weak signal, or local network restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you are authorized to use the relevant network and payment method.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because a device has no battery, permissions are disabled, or the local network fails is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route status and availability information, but some data may come from third parties and cannot be guaranteed to be correct at every moment. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when needed for compatibility or security. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the App service within a reasonable scope; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.
